A snap and shoot...

Photography is a lot like art, in the way each person views it differently.

Some people look at art and see scribbles and some people see a masterpiece.

I'm sure some view my photography the same way. I often wonder if they see an old building in need of a paint job, or if like me they see the beauty in the weathered colors and textures.

I find myself pleasantly surprised by most, saying my photography is amazing...I guess ya get it:)

I love photography, it forces you to slow down and look around. Things I have driven by many times and never noticed,when you pick up a camera those things force you to pull over and take a minute to capture their beauty.

The final days of color...

Oh, how I wish fall could last all year round.

 The perfect sweater weather sprinkled with a few tanktop kind of days.

This past week in NY has been just that, tank tops, sunny, and colorful.

Altered the colors for a dramatic affect.

These photos are from an old Railroad car.

These two beautiful photos below were taken by my 11yr old son.

He climbed up on the rusty old locomotive and this is what he found photo worthy.

I think he might have a good eye for photography.
